Sensei Amanda Quigley

My son Lewis joined Black Panther Karate after watching a demonstration in one of his school assemblies.

Whilst sitting on the side lines, watching him for a number of weeks in his class... and after some encouragement from Lewis and his Instructor Sensei Ivan, I decided to join in and train alongside my son.

Since then I haven’t looked back and there was no stopping me. I trained so hard and gave it my all every week. I am now a 1st Dan and teach here at Black Panther Karate Club.

I am very proud of all my students, watching them progress through the grades and seeing their improvement is inspiring. Watching them growing in confidence is a privilege and an honour, which fills me with so much pride.

I always look forward to my students’ grading and being there to witness their achievement firsthand, it is a wonderful feeling and I can’t wait to see my first student reach their goal of 1st Dan Black Belt. I will be there to support them to do so.
